What we collect
- Account details: name, address, email, telephone and your password (stored as a hash).
- Bidding and orders: the bids you place, the lots you win, invoices, payments and delivery details.
- Valuation requests: the photographs and descriptions you send.

Why we use it
To run the sales and the shop and carry out the contract with you (accounts, bids, invoices, delivery); to comply with the law (accounting, anti-money-laundering checks on larger purchases); and, with your consent, to send you catalogues and news of sales. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Our staff, our payment provider, our carriers and our IT suppliers, only as far as needed to do their work. We do not sell your data. Where data is sent outside the UK, we use safeguards recognised by the law.
How long we keep it
Account data until you close the account; invoices and payment records for seven years, as the law requires; valuation requests for two years.
Your rights
You may ask us to see, correct, delete or export your data, and to restrict or object to its use. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
